Our at-home nursing care service is not covered by OHIP; however, many private insurance plans offer coverage for home care services. We recommend checking with your insurance provider to determine the extent of your coverage. Additionally, our Patient Care Team can provide you with an invoice for the services rendered, which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

All our nurses are either Registered Nurses (RNs) or Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) licensed by the College of Nurses of Ontario. They have undergone a rigorous hiring process, including background checks, reference checks, and skill assessments to ensure they are qualified and competent to provide high-quality care. Our nurses also participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest best practices in nursing care.

Our at-home nursing care services are available to residents within the Greater Toronto Area. If you live outside of our service area, please contact our Patient Care Team to discuss your options. We may be able to accommodate your request.

Our at-home nursing team is trained to handle a variety of medical situations; however, they are not a substitute for emergency medical services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 immediately. Our team is best suited for non-emergency care, follow-up care, and ongoing support for chronic conditions or recovery.
