Hal Stern, President
Hal Stern brings over 25 years of leadership and industry experience to FH Community Health with a successful career focused on healthcare receivables management. In 1997, he founded FH Community Health's sister company, Financial Health, to provide hospitals across the country with a better way to manage patient pay. Mr. Stern's background of achievements includes his roles as a managing partner at the law firm of Hayt, Hayt & Landau, and as a senior executive at HHL Financial Services, where he managed a staff of 300 and serviced over 200 hospital clients across multiple states. Mr. Stern's strengths include operations leadership, A/R management and a comprehensive understanding of the challenges facing healthcare providers today. A native New Yorker, Mr. Stern holds a B.A. from George Washington University and his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and is a member of the District of Columbia and Maryland bars.

Raymond Dziubla, Vice President of Operations
Prior to joining the FH Community Health team in 2007, Mr. Dziubla spent 13 years in the healthcare receivables management industry serving as a Director for Med Assist, Inc. and their legacy companies. Mr. Dziubla's professional achievements include managing a multi-office staff of 180 employees servicing over 100 hospitals in the outsourced fields of Business Support Services, Medicaid Eligibility, Medical Billing, Day 1 Self-Pay, Post Write-Off Collections, and Complete Business Office Outsourcing. Mr. Dziubla brings value to FH Community Health's clients through his expertise in revenue cycle enhancement, efficient call center technology and operation, and process improvement engineering while ensuring the integrity of the patient/provider relationship, maintaining improved and predictable revenue returns, and establishing comprehensive and customized client specific reporting. Mr. Dziubla holds a Bachelors Degree with a concentration in Business Administration and Computer Science from Saint Joseph College - Rensselaer, Indiana.

Cynthia Avazpour, Vice President, Patient Accounting Co-Sourcing Solution (PACS)
Ms. Avazpour began her medical billing career in 1991 when a friend asked if she could help him with some medical billing for his prosthetics practice. After attending several seminars with Medicare, Ms. Avazpour designed her own program to automate the billing process, and within one year had increased revenue by 700%. Ms. Avazpour also worked as the office manager for a large medical collection agency in Phoenix for 10 years, serving over 100 clients in every area of the medical field. Since the FH Community Health's founding, Ms. Avazpour has been responsible for managing our community health center billing operation. Leveraging her problem-solving skills and energetic approach to the FQHC world, she continues to work diligently to maximize the revenues for our community health clients.

Sandra L. Pinette, Vice President of Client Development
Ms. Pinette brings over a decade of experience as a healthcare financial services executive to FH Community Health. Prior to joining FH Community Health, Ms. Pinette served as Regional Vice President of Business Development at The CCS Companies and its subsidiary, ClaimAssist. Ms. Pinette leverages her expertise in business opportunity assessment, development and negotiations as well as flagship client management and retention. Her focus is national in scope as she works with hospitals and community health centers to increase revenue and enhance patient satisfaction while also improving their delivery of care. Ms. Pinette is an active member of AAHAM and HFMA. She holds a Bachelor's Degree from The University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Rick Solis, Vice President of Client Development
Mr. Solis has participated in healthcare sales since 2001 focusing on all aspects of the revenue cycle. Rick is committed to the development and maintenance of strong client relationships while maximizing performance and revenue for his clients. He is a proud member of HFMA, AAHAM and MGMA. Rick obtained his BA from Indiana University and his MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.

Gary Tsimba, Director of Information Systems
Mr Tsimba brings to Financial Health over nine years of technical operations, efficient call center technology, client support, data management and project management experience. With a career and educational background in business management, network engineering and data communications, computer programming, project management and Microsoft and Cisco certification, he brings a diversified and invaluable skill set to the Financial Health team. Mr. Tsimba works closely with the members of our management group by overseeing the daily technical operations of our call center, developing reports for clients and establishing workflow strategies.

Cory Horn, Network Services Administrator
As a principal and founding member of Financial Health's network services partner, ECFBN, Mr. Horn works directly with Financial Health leadership to ensure the stability and security of our technology. Mr. Horn has more than 15 years of consulting experience, with network certifications from Microsoft, Cisco and Novell. With the ability to provide comprehensive and seamless support services, Mr. Horn uses "best practices" in deploying and managing FH Community Health's technology. At the same time, he remains focused on building personal connections with our management team and staff. His collaborative approach to developing and delivering the best solutions to FH Community Health and our clients, has made him an invaluable member of our team.
